First and foremost, the builders sales rep works for the builder- they have their best interest in mind- a Realtor® is your advocate. Second, it's another set of eyes to ensure that the home is built to the standards and specs that you deserve. Things can get crazy when you build in Florida- especially with supply chain issues lately. And the third and most important reason is that you hire a Realtor® with builder experience.
